Program design and development
We curate workplace mental health and wellbeing programs, and psychosocial programs for individuals or groups with chronic medical conditions. Topics can include team resilience building, sleep interventions, stress management and more.
Ongoing support
Our partnership doesn’t end once you have completed a workshop! We offer ongoing support and evaluation after you have completed a course with us. You will also have access to our resources, audio guides, monthly practices, and one-to-one therapeutic support. We aim to build a community and ecosystem for continuous support!
