MBSR course: 8 weeks

Ready to embark on your mindfulness journey?
This course follows Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program initially set up by John Kabat-Zinn. In this 8-week program, you will learn tools to manage your stress and discover a mindful way of living.
We will walk you through the formal and informal practices of mindfulness of the breath and body, both in stillness and movement, and cover patterns of stress, working with our stress, communications, and lifestyle choices.


8 Sessions ……… Once a week; 2-2.5 hours; + 1-Day Silent Retreat

Taster course: 4 weeks

New to mindfulness and keen to find out more? Start out with our Mindfulness for Beginners taster course.
Setting the intention to be curious and open, in this 4-week program you will learn the foundations of mindfulness practice, and begin to discover how mindfulness fits into your way of life.
